Match 20 | July 15th-17th, 2022

Win 8&6

This global golf phenomenon hit game 20 and it went to the home and birthplace of the British Open - Prestwick, Scotland. There were a few challenges along the way. West Kilbride kicked the weekend off and Team RR finished the day 6UP with a somewhat consistent start to the weekend. At 11am Team AS led the way scoring 2 pars on the famous railway opening hole, but unfortunately, that form didn't continue. On a difficult course the challenge was too much for some.

"A great weekend with friends playing great golf - more bombs, straight down the middle. What more would you want".

Paul Rasmussen

"I loved every moment and ensured I continued my great form - playing a lot of golf right now. So, I stayed on to play that little bit more - why not?"

West Kilbride Golf Club

The course is built on a narrow strip of coastal land, bordered by agricultural land and the beach with many undulations. This, when combined with the sea breezes, adds considerably to the challenge.

One of Prestwick's great strengths is the quality and variety of the holes. The 1st is one of the most intimidating holes in golf, a par four called "Railway".
