Win 2&1

AS

Match 19 finally happened after nearly two years of not playing together.  A number of fine courses were in-line to be torn apart but the winner for Team AS was Woodcote Park. It was a glorious day of sunshine that played well for the duo that hadn't won for an incredible 7 years. It was their time to shine and they really did taking each others rear hole after hole. Well dovetailed.

Serious Contemplation

It's been soo long

"I started on the range, progressed to lunch and had these two for dessert. Hit my A game on every other hole".

Ashley Freeman

"I took the 3 wood, felt the MDubs fall away. 7 years of hurt and now I am ecstatic, dreaming - on cloud 9".

Samjay Wilson

The Course

Woodcote Park

Founded in 1912, the course at Woodcote Park consists of two parts - eight holes at the "top" of the course and on the same level as the clubhouse, and ten holes which slope down about 150 feet to flat ground before gradually rising again to the original level.
